What Do I Need To Provide To The Pet Groomer?
Bathroom, Balcony or Terrace for large dogs.A well-lit area for haircuts that has access to power outlets for blow-drying.Two dry towels (if your pet uses any specific ones).
Can I Reschedule My Bookings?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking by calling the customer service representative on Petzzing official number 7400023570/71.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
In order to receive full refund, grooming appointments must be canceled at least 3 hrs before the day of the grooming service for your pet. Cancellations made within 3 hrs will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of the booking price.
